Work

Software someone uses every day, not presentation slides

Part of our work can be told, part of it is covered by confidentiality, and part of it you can find online: those are the products we build and maintain ourselves. AraLith has been developing software since 2007, from the province of Rome.

The portfolio

In short

This page brings together the custom software projects of AraLith, a software house in the province of Rome, active since 2007. Some of it can be told with names attached, some of it cannot: most of our client work was carried out white-label, under confidentiality agreements covering both the commissioning party and the end client.

  • Client projects: the Studio Torta client portal, the Tinexta Innovation Hub application portfolio, an events platform built as an agency's technical partner, a road haulage management system to be rebuilt.
  • Our own products: AraLith COS, OreFattura, MedicHub, Smisty and ReBrandy; AralithPulse and WebTrucker in early access.
  • Since 2007: more than 500 websites and e-commerce sites, more than 10 custom management systems, 3 complete CMS platforms.

Commissioned work

Client projects

Almost all of our client work was carried out white-label, under confidentiality agreements covering both the commissioning party and the end client: that is why most of the projects here have no name. It is also the reason an agency can work with us without worrying: their name stays their own.

Case study

Since 2023 we have been developing the frontend of the portal the firm's clients use to consult their own files. Brought in to work alongside the team towards release, after a few months we were given full responsibility for development.

White-label

Almost fifty applications and modules developed, rebuilt or maintained over time: case and funding management, reporting, commissions, invoicing, timesheets, master data, costs and suppliers, quoting, document archive, automatic generation and analysis of Word documents, shared authentication, integrations with Salesforce and SAP.

Technical partner

Development under the agency's brand, never appearing in front of the end client. It is how we work with agencies when they need technical capacity without changing who the client talks to.

Modernisation

Rebuilding a management system that stayed in production for fifteen years: journeys, clients, invoices, payments, Ri.Ba. bank collection orders and the cash journal, with historical data to preserve. The textbook case of legacy software modernisation.

Our own products

What we have built for ourselves

They are not a catalogue to sell: they are the most direct way to see how we work. Some are in production, others in early access: we maintain them and we pay for their mistakes.

Frequently asked questions about our portfolio

Because most of our client work was carried out white-label: the confidentiality agreements forbid naming either the commissioning agency or the end client. It is also the guarantee we offer to those who work with us: their name stays their own, now and afterwards.

The products we build ourselves, yes: they are online and maintained by the people who wrote them. For client work we can show, in a meeting, whatever the contracts allow, and answer on the technical substance of the architecture, the decisions and the problems we faced.

Yes, and it is an important part of our work. We develop under the agency's brand, without appearing in front of the end client and without contacting them. The events management platform on this page came about that way.

The client does. On custom development projects we hand over source code and documentation, and the intellectual property belongs to the commissioning party: no technical constraint prevents changing supplier. On our own SaaS products, by contrast, what is sold is the subscription, not the code.
