Who is behind AraLith?
Behind AraLith is Simone Alessandrini, founder of the software house and a software developer since 2007. His story in software development began almost as a game: curiosity about programming became a passion, then a profession.
The beginning: from curiosity to code
In 2007 Simone Alessandrini starts developing software: curiosity about programming turns into the study of languages, frameworks and architectures, then into the first projects.
Going independent: AlesWeb, then AlesLab
In 2012 he starts his own business, first as AlesWeb and then as AlesLab: corporate websites, e-commerce and web-based management systems for SMEs and agencies.
Technical partner to agencies
From 2014 to 2020 he develops as the technical partner of 5 communication and marketing agencies: websites, browser games and landing pages for loyalty campaigns of major brands in the automotive, electronics and energy sectors.
The first management system for dental practices
In 2016 the first management system for dental practices is born, with quotes, clinical records, calendar and consents signed on screen: it is the project MedicHub grew out of, which we now present as a case study.
The business takes the name AraLith
In 2026 the business takes the name AraLith, the evolution of AlesWeb and AlesLab, and grows with its own products: AraLith COS, OreFattura, Mailable and AralithPulse. Every custom project has a single technical point of contact.

When a project needs specific skills, such as UX/UI design or system administration, AraLith brings in selected professionals and keeps the coordination.
AraLith builds and maintains several SaaS products of its own: AraLith COS, a Content Operating System for content management and governance, OreFattura, which takes hours worked all the way to an electronic invoice transmitted to Italy's Exchange System (SdI), Mailable, for email prospecting in small batches, and AralithPulse, a multi-tenant SaaS with licensing and billing. Having designed, released and maintained them over time is concrete proof that we can take software beyond delivery.
The custom management systems built since 2007 cover 8 application domains that are very different from one another: invoicing, bookkeeping and accounting, dental practices, corporate event management, condominium administration, invoicing for road hauliers, ERP for large companies and patent and intellectual property search. These processes do not resemble one another: it is proof that the method holds up outside a single vertical.
The hourly rate depends on the type of work: €50–60 per hour for execution on specifications already defined (front-end, templates, websites, maintenance), €65–85 per hour for application development (management systems, web apps, standard integrations), €90–120 per hour for qualified design and development (multi-tenant SaaS architectures, critical integrations such as SdI and ERP, legacy modernisation) and €130–180 per hour for advanced technical consulting (enterprise architecture, AI, due diligence). VAT excluded, rates valid until 31 December 2027. The total depends on how many hours are needed, estimated in the discovery phase, before the quote.
