Prospecting software for people who sell services and write to a few companies at a time, not ten thousand.

Mailable, email prospecting from your own inbox

AraLith Mailable is AraLith's tool for email prospecting in small batches, with an AI assistant that proposes and you approve: the companies to contact, one message at a time, sent from your own inbox. It is not email marketing and it is not a newsletter in disguise: it is the same email you would have written by hand, with the order of a tool and a measure of what worked.

Emails go out from your address and your domain: the recipient sees a person writing, and when they reply, the reply lands in your inbox like any other.

In short

What is Mailable?

Mailable is prospecting software for people who sell services and write to a few companies at a time. It brings together four things that usually live in four different places: the list of companies to contact, the text of the message, one-by-one sending from your own inbox and a measure of what worked. With one premise we don't hide: to write to an address you need a legal basis, and you need to know which one.

AraLith is a software house in the province of Rome, active since 2007. We built Mailable because we needed it for our own work, and we use it every day before selling it.

At a glance

  • You connect your AI assistant via MCP and it proposes the companies to contact: every proposal comes in for your approval, never as a ready-made list.
  • Emails go out from your own inbox, not from shared infrastructure: one message per recipient, with your signature, and only when you press «Send ready».
  • Companies, segments, templates with writing rules, sending, replies and tracking all sit in the same place.
  • Replies and bounces are matched to their message by reading your inbox, and you choose the outcome; anyone who asks not to be contacted again goes on the suppression list, checked before every send.
  • €29 per month or €290 per year, VAT excluded, with exactly the same features: there is no reduced version.
  • You need a legal basis to write to every address: in Italy promotional emails require prior consent, even between businesses. Mailable gives you the tools to stay within the rule, not a shortcut around it.

What does it solve, step by step?

  • Companies no longer live in a spreadsheet

You upload the spreadsheet from the research you have already done and it becomes a list of companies with contacts, status and notes. From then on you update it in one place.

  • Segments, not scattered lists

Companies are grouped by type, and each group has its default message. So you don't rewrite the same text from scratch every time.

  • Templates with writing rules

Templates are not just text: they carry the rules on what can and cannot be written, and a personal line for each recipient.

  • One-by-one sending, from your own inbox

Every message leaves from your address with your domain. It is not a disguised newsletter: it is the same email you would have written by hand.

  • Replies and bounces matched to the message

Mailable reads the reply inbox and matches every reply and every bounce to the message it came from, without you copying anything over; you choose the outcome. Anyone who asks not to be contacted again goes on the suppression list.

  • Measure what matters

Replies, clicks and an estimate of opens by template and by segment: the point is to understand which message works with whom, not to fill a dashboard.

How does a company you don't know get onto the list?

You search for it with a sentence and the assistant proposes the record for your approval. Alongside the spreadsheet and the assistant's proposals, Mailable has a third way in: a Google Maps search. You write what you are looking for and where, pick the companies from the list, and they go into a queue that the assistant works through when you ask it to.

01

Search with one sentence

On the Import page you write in a single sentence what you are looking for and where: «software houses in the municipality of Rome». The Google key is yours: you enter it and verify it on that same screen, and it stays encrypted in your workspace. Companies already on your list are flagged, not hidden.
02

Queue the ones you are interested in

You choose from the list and send them to the enrichment queue. Nothing from Google enters the archive except the place identifier: no name, no address, no phone number. Google's European terms do not allow them to be stored, not even briefly, and Mailable follows them to the letter.
03

Ask the assistant to work the queue

From your client you ask it to work the discovery queue. The assistant reads the pending entries, retrieves name and website live, opens the company's website and proposes the record with the data taken from there. Every proposal starts out pending review: you approve it, and until you do, that company cannot receive emails.

AI assistant

What does the AI assistant propose?

Mailable's AI assistant proposes four things, and all of them arrive as proposals for your approval. You connect your assistant, Claude or another compatible client, to Mailable's MCP server and ask it in plain language: propose ten software houses in Lazio, propose the right contact in this company, the opening line for that one, a revision of the template for accountants.

The part that matters is the second one: what it proposes is not yours yet. Every company, every contact and every text starts as a proposal, and a company pending review cannot enter any campaign. The assistant proposes; the decision on whom to contact stays with you.

  • It proposes companies

You describe the profile (sector, region, size) and, with its tools, it proposes companies with name, website, phone, area and the reason they are worth contacting. You approve them.

  • It proposes contacts

For a company already on the list it proposes the right person: name, role, phone and email when they are public, always with the page it took them from.

  • It proposes personal lines

It reads the company record and proposes the line written for that company: it is what separates a considered message from a template filled in with the right name.

  • It proposes templates

It proposes and revises message templates, subject lines and follow-ups included. Every change to the body creates a new version, so you can see what changed and go back.

You set the writing rules

The assistant doesn't write however it likes: it follows rules that you set, and they apply to it and to you. They are written on three levels that add up — those valid for every message, those for a type of message, those for a single variant — and every draft the assistant proposes must respect all of them.

They cover the things no model guesses on its own: the register to keep, the phrases never to use, how a message closes, what is never promised. If you don't like a closing line, you don't correct it thirty times: you change the rule, and every message to come changes with it.

How is it different from an email marketing tool?

They are two different jobs that look alike only because both use email. One aims at volume, the other at conversation.

When the other one is the better fit. If you have a list of subscribers and need to send everyone the same newsletter or the same promotion, you need an email marketing tool and Mailable is not relevant. Mailable makes sense when you write to a few people at a time and each one must receive a different message, written for them: the contacts you collected yourself, customers to win back, conversations left open.

Who can you write to with Mailable?

To people who gave you their address, to people who are or were customers for a similar service, and to people who have already started a conversation with you. In Italy promotional email communications require the recipient's prior consent, and the rule also applies between businesses: Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code is a special rule and legitimate interest does not replace it. Mailable is built for the cases where you already have that basis — and there are more of them than it seems, because they usually sit forgotten in a spreadsheet.

  • People who gave you their address

Website forms, quote requests, sign-ups, downloaded material, contacts collected at an event. It is the most solid basis there is, and it often stays in a spreadsheet without anyone getting back in touch.

  • Customers and former customers, for similar services

This is the soft spam exemption: someone who bought something from you can receive an offer for a similar service without separate consent, as long as every message says how to opt out.

  • Conversations already open

People who replied to you, who asked for a quote and then disappeared, whom you met on a call. Follow-ups are half the work and the first part to be forgotten.

  • Your own contacts to re-engage

The list from two years ago, dormant customers, contacts never called back: you already have the basis to write to them.

And cold outreach? That is the part that needs care. In Italy an address found on a website, in a public directory or on a map cannot be used to write cold without consent, and the Garante (the Italian Data Protection Authority) confirmed this in a decision of February 2026. Mailable doesn't stop you — you are the sender, and you answer for what you send — but it doesn't sell it to you as a solved problem. If that is the road you want to take, talk first to someone who does privacy consulting for a living.

Frequently asked questions about Mailable

Yes. You connect your address and messages go out from there, with your domain and your signature. The recipient sees a person writing, not a platform; and when they reply, the reply arrives in your inbox like any other email.

Mailable exposes an MCP server with a token you generate in the settings: you paste it into your client, Claude or another compatible one, and from then on the assistant sees your companies. Every call is recorded in an audit log, and the connection is revoked by regenerating the token.

Nothing, and that is why it works this way. Companies proposed by the assistant start out pending review, and a company pending review is skipped when a campaign is put together: the email cannot be sent. You discard the wrong ones in one click, without them leaving any trace outside your account.

In Italy the rule is consent, even when writing to a company. Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code is a special rule covering promotional email communications: prior consent is the only basis, and legitimate interest does not replace it. The Garante (the Italian Data Protection Authority) confirmed this in a decision of February 2026, stating expressly that finding an address on a website, in a public directory or on a social network does not authorise using it to write cold. The only exemption is the so-called soft spam: the address the recipients gave you themselves when buying a similar service, with the option to opt out in every message.

Mailable does not make lawful a send that isn't, and that is not what it promises: it gives you the tools to stay within the rule, namely the suppression list checked before every send, one-by-one sending from your own inbox, the log of what was sent and to whom, and low volumes by design. One misconception worth clearing up: Italy's Public Opt-out Register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni) covers telephone and paper mail, not email. This is not legal advice, and for your case you need someone who does it for a living.

No, but if you have one you start sooner. If you have already done some research and keep it in a spreadsheet, you upload it and it becomes the list of companies with contacts and notes already in place. Otherwise you build it inside Mailable, company by company, search on Google Maps, or start from the companies the assistant proposes.

Yes, and it is the third way in, alongside the spreadsheet and the assistant's proposals. On the Import page you write in one sentence what you are looking for and where, pick the companies from the list and they go into an enrichment queue; then you ask your assistant to work through it.

You need two things. Your own Google Maps key, which you enter and verify on that same screen and which stays encrypted in your workspace: you pay for the searches on your Google account, not ours. And a connected MCP client, because the assistant is the one that works the queue. Nothing from Google ends up in the archive except the place identifier: Google's European terms do not allow name, address and phone number to be stored, and the assistant takes the record data from the company's website.

Because that is not what it is for, and it is a choice written into the system: twenty a day, one every five minutes, from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. High volume from a personal inbox is the fastest way to burn your domain's reputation, and when that happens your normal work mail goes down with it. The method behind these numbers is explained in how to write a cold email that gets replies (in Italian).

They go on the suppression list and are no longer proposed for any campaign. It is a list the system checks before every send: it doesn't depend on you remembering.

The contacts you collected and the texts you wrote are yours. What never changes hands is the platform code: Mailable is a subscription product, not software you buy. If you need a platform you own, that is a custom development project, and a different thing.

Twenty-nine euros per month, or two hundred and ninety euros per year, VAT excluded: the annual plan is the same thing with two months included in the price. The features are identical in both cases; there is no reduced version.
